Under the Light of Diosa Awilix

Sian Ka’an, Mexico | April 23rd - 29th

Relax. Rest. Remember.

A Journey Under the Light of Diosa Awilix…

As we embark on this path of self-discovery, we draw inspiration from Diosa Awilix, the revered Mayan moon goddess of the night.

Known as the guardian of rest and renewal, Awilix invites us to embrace the gentle mysteries of the night, honoring cycles of introspection and transformation. Her presence reminds us that within the stillness of the moonlit jungle, we find the wisdom to nurture our souls and illuminate our inner truths.

Nestled where the jungle meets the ocean in the Biosphere of Sian Ka’an, Mexico, this retreat offers a serene respite from the demands of the world. In this sacred space, we will reconnect with the infinite and immerse ourselves in the healing energy of nature.

Through gentle practices of ritual, ceremony, and deep relaxation, you’ll have the opportunity to nourish and restore your soul. This experience subtly integrates the wisdom of nature’s allies, offering a gentle and powerful invitation for those who are ready.

Our ethos is rooted in the belief that true change arises when we allow ourselves to rest, nourish our bodies, and remember the vibration of who we truly are. This retreat is a heartfelt offering to help you find renewal, balance, and connection with the infinite. I would be honored to share this journey with you.

Your Guides…

Omar M’Rabet Gomez

Omar’s journey with plant medicine began in 1995 when he immersed himself in the rich culture of the Yucatán, guided by Mayan wisdom keepers. His calling deepened in 2004 when he first ventured into the Amazon Rainforest, and by 2011, he fully committed to the path, moving to the jungle to live and learn among its ancient traditions. Over the next eight years, Omar built a renowned Ayahuasca Healing Center in the heart of the Amazon, dedicating himself to working with Sacred Medicines and Master Plants while apprenticing with some of the last of the most powerful and true shamans to walk the earth. From these esteemed teachers, he gained profound insights into their time-honored ways, preserving their wisdom for future generations.

Omar’s expertise in plant medicine has earned him recognition as a trusted authority in the field. He has shared his knowledge through numerous presentations, including a prestigious talk for a chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he highlighted the transformative power of these sacred tools.

With over two decades of experience working with plant medicine and more than a decade teaching others how to serve plant medicines and psychedelics responsibly, Omar has profoundly impacted the lives of countless individuals seeking healing and transformation. He has facilitated thousands of Ayahuasca ceremonies and has personally undertaken over eight Master Plant Diets. These specialized diets involve prolonged periods of isolation, fasting, and deep spiritual commitment to connect with the spirit of each plant, allowing their wisdom and healing power to be integrated at the deepest levels. His expertise expanded as he learned Kambo directly from the Matses tribe and participated in transformative Huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies.

Omar is also certified as a Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) specialist, a cutting-edge therapeutic approach that helps individuals heal from the impacts of trauma. This certification adds another dimension to his work, enabling him to integrate modern trauma-healing techniques with the ancient wisdom of plant medicines.

He is further honored to have been passed on the sacred lineage to serve Tepezcohuite (the Mayan “Tree of Life”), a rare and ancient tradition. He is the only practitioner to have been specifically asked by the elders to teach others this profound medicine, ensuring the knowledge and practices are preserved and shared with the utmost respect. Today, as one of only nine practitioners worldwide initiated into the traditional serving of Tepezcohuite, Omar continues his mission to bring healing and ancient wisdom to those seeking transformation.
