Cathleen will lead a sacred circle utilizing RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) which is a revolutionary emotional processing system that leverages body awareness and imagination to dip beneath logic and dissolve the root cause of an issue.
She will lead the retreat with delving into the belief of trauma, addiction recovery, ancestral healing, or anything that may be weighing on your heart. Your body, (not logic) knows the root cause and RIM has the power to dissolve the root cause of the core beliefs and cognitive distortions, whether that cause is a recent event, childhood experiences, or even intergenerational trauma. We know that emotions drive decisions and behavior and that 95% of our brain activity is NOT in our Thinker awareness. We walk through life basically unconscious allowing our past experiences to drive our CURRENT decisions and behavior. This will lead us into the power of the medicines in this retreat.
At the end of the retreat, Cathleen will again assist you in anchoring in your new truths based on all the awareness you received throughout the weekend. This powerful process is a true compliment to the medicines as you start to reclaim the true essence of who you really are.

Omar’s journey with plant medicine began in 1993 when he spent time in the Yucatan and met Mayan guides. Taking him into their culture, they taught him some of the Mayan language, the legends and folklore.
He arrived in the Amazon for the first time in 2004 and in 2011 he moved there, spending 8 years studying with authentic traditional Shamans, working with Sacred Medicines, building a successful Healing Center deep in the Amazon Jungle, and learning the ancient ways of plant medicine. Omar has facilitated thousands of Ayahuasca ceremonies, has certified over 80 Kambo practitioners and done many Master Plant Dietas himself as part of his own personal healing journey. He learned Kambo from the authentic Matses and has participated in many Huachuma (San Pedro) ceremonies.
As of today he is one of the only 9 shamans initiated worldwide to serve Tepezcohuite traditionally. He also offers a curriculum to teach students how to serve this medicine as well.
Cathleen started on this journey in 2010 when her son, Logan, took his life. This experience started a journey of exploration of her own beliefs, programs, and emotions. While she searched for truth and connection, she became a master in many healing modalities including regenerating images in memory (RIM), professional coach, reiki, akashic record reading, energy healing, mindfulness, oracle card reading, and intuitive guidance. Most importantly, the journey of healing was much harder prior to sitting with the medicines of the indigenous communities. For the past 7 plus years, she has delved deeply into her inner landscape uncovering the truth and reclaiming her own life.
With all that she has been trained for and works with, she assists women in reclaiming their true essence by Being a space of love and compassion and utilizing her expertise in the training she has received.
