She is also a certified nutritional therapy practitioner, Level 1 Reiki certified, and has studied the subconscious mind and how to decipher and reprogram limiting beliefs through the Proctor Gallagher Institute.

She also offers integration coaching where she combines offering integration techniques and information with manifestation tools and tips with the Quantum Life Integration program- a self-paced video course that includes live coaching calls. As a mother of 4 children who practices conscious parenting, she also has a lot of experience with holding space and being a source of love and compassion throughout the healing journey.”
