Have you ever noticed how being around certain people makes you feel energized? Think about when you spend time with a friend who always radiates positivity. Even on days when you feel down, their high frequency can lift your mood, making you feel happier and more optimistic.

When you surround yourself with people with a high vibrational state, their positive energy influences your own, boosting your overall frequency.

Plus, it helps to clear any stagnant energy, making you feel more calm and centered. Even just a ten-minute walk outside can raise your vibrational state.
  3. Eat High-Vibration Foods: High-vibration foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains contribute to a higher state of physical and emotional health. Fresh produce, especially those that are organic and locally grown, are said to have higher vibrational frequencies. Next time you’re feeling an energy slump in the middle of the day, opt for an apple or handful of nuts instead of raiding the vending machine.
